We do not allow comments on our website.

Media

If you upload any media to any of our forms, it will not be publicly accessible by default. We may use this media in the execution of our services. By uploading media, you assert that you have rights to use that media. We will forward any DMCA complaints to you as the media owner.

Contact forms

When you complete a contact or opt-in form, we will store that information securely using commercially reasonable measures to protect it. We store this information with third parties including HubSpot and Aweber. Our contracts with them do not allow for them to share your personal data.

How long we retain your data

We keep anonymous analytical data indefinitely. This data cannot be tied back to any individual and thus is not subject to deletion on request. We retain customer information indefinitely as required by law.

What rights you have over your data

You may unsubscribe from our lists at any time. We will retain your record as an ‘unsubsribed’ record to help prevent accidentally resubscribing you. In any case, you may request your data be deleted from our marketing tools by contacting us.
