MSPSite.io (https://mspsite.io, “the site”, “our site”) is a brand of Dom Kirby Creative, LLC (“we” “us”) based in Denver, CO.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
You are free to consume our site without providing identifiable information. If you opt to complete a form, please see “Contact forms” below.
We do not allow comments on our website.
If you upload any media to any of our forms, it will not be publicly accessible by default. We may use this media in the execution of our services. By uploading media, you assert that you have rights to use that media. We will forward any DMCA complaints to you as the media owner.
When you complete a contact or opt-in form, we will store that information securely using commercially reasonable measures to protect it. We store this information with third parties including HubSpot and Aweber. Our contracts with them do not allow for them to share your personal data.

*If you have voluntarily provided us with your information, such as by filling out a form to request information about our services, we may use HubSpot’s tracking technology to tie website visits back to your lead record. When you interact with third party media on our site, you may receive cookies from third parties such as YouTube, Vimeo, or Wistia (and possibly others). We do not control these trackers.
If you click a link to our site from a third party, you may notice what we call “UTM tags.” These can be seen as ‘?utm_source=’ and other fields at the end of the URL. These fields provide data back to Google Analytics, and other trackers, letting us know where traffic is coming from. It is completely anonymous.
Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data
We keep anonymous analytical data indefinitely. This data cannot be tied back to any individual and thus is not subject to deletion on request. We retain customer information indefinitely as required by law.
What rights you have over your data
You may unsubscribe from our lists at any time. We will retain your record as an ‘unsubsribed’ record to help prevent accidentally resubscribing you. In any case, you may request your data be deleted from our marketing tools by contacting us.
How we protect your data
We use commercially reasonable methods to protect your sensitive data including multi-factor authentication and ensuring strong contractual and compliance requirements from our vendors.
What data breach procedures we have in place
We will notify you in the event of a breach using the contact information on file. This notification will take place as soon as reasonably possible or within the requirements of any given privacy law in the United States.

We may receive generalized information from third parties such as your interests and other demographics.
